Muscogee County School District, Teenage Parenting Center, Offers Thanks

The following is a letter from Patricia Turner, Principal of the Teenage Parenting Center, to Butch Jordan of Cascade Hills Church:

On behalf of the Muscogee County School District, Teenage Parenting Center, I would like to personally thank you for hosting the Department of Labor Christmas Party at your church on December 11, 2007.

I appreciate the healthy snack that you prepared for our hungry toddlers. Everyone enjoyed listening to the Christmas story and participating in the magic rope trick. Along with our toddlers, our teen mothers also had fun playing in the indoor playground area. Taking a picture with Santa went over big with our small ones and they could not wait to unwrap their gifts from Santa. As the children exited, they also received a goody bag that they could not wait to open up!

If it were not for people like you, this event would not have been the huge success that it was. Again, thank you for including the Teenage Parenting Center in this successful event.
